Cece is a Peppy Squirrel villager in Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome amiibo and Animal Crossing: New Horizons beginning in version 3.0. Her birthday is the same as the Japanese release date for Splatoon. She is the younger sister of Viché.

In Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome amiibo, Cece can only move to the Player's town if Callie's amiibo is scanned and she is invited to move in from the campground. She cannot be asked to move in from another Player's town or campground. In New Horizons, she can be invited to the Player's campsite if one of several compatible Splatoon amiibo is scanned.

In New Horizons, Cece has the play hobby and can run around with her arms extended at any time, rather than only outside Resident Services during a scripted activity with a group of villagers.

Appearance

In Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome amiibo, as a Callie cosplay, Cece's overall color scheme is magenta, purple, and black, with blue on the inside of her ears and on her nose. Her fur is a light purple, and in some areas it shifts to a darker purple to represent her hair. She wears a pink-and-white hat, and her golden eyes are boldly outlined in black. Her eyebrows are also black, and she appears to be wearing Callie's shoes and Callie's tights.

In Animal Crossing: New Horizons version 3.0 – Free Update, as a Shiver cosplay, Cece's overall palette is made up of white, blue, and red accents, giving her a calm yet cool and confident vibe. Her face is rendered in a clean, pure white, while her eyes and eyebrows are emphasized in a vivid blue to capture Shiver's signature icy impression.

On one side of her face, deep blue fur drapes down like hair, and two circular markings that resemble suction cups sit on top as a distinctive design point. Her mouth and the tips of her paws are colored a striking red, creating strong contrast within the overall tones and adding extra character.

Her tail is also decorated with a swirling pattern of blue and white, adding a crisp and stylish finish. Overall, Cece keeps her original cute body shape, but appears to be a completely reworked cosplay version redesigned to resemble Shiver.
