Animal Crossing: New Horizons is a sequel to the game Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
Unlike previous games, players live on islands rather than villages. As players and neighbors pay off debts, the island's facilities gradually expand. For the first time, players are free to decide where their neighbors will move.
Most of the items in this game came from Animal Crossing Pocket Camp. Furniture and buildings can be freely placed. This island is similar to the topography of Animal Crossing: City Folk. The terrain of the island can be modified by the player at will, and the robbers can dig and remove them at will.
The multiplayer mode has been expanded to 8 players, and up to 4 players living in the same city can play at the same time.
