Medli is a Normal Bird in Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Welcome amiibo. She is based on the character of the same name from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Her birthday is the same as the Japanese release date for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.

Medli can only move to the Player's town if either the Toon Link (Super Smash Bros.), Toon Link (The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker), Zelda (The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker), Zelda (Super Smash Bros.), or Zelda and Loftwing (The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword) amiibo is scanned and she is invited to move in from the Campground. She cannot be asked to move in from another Player's town or Campground.

Appearance

Medli is a beige bird with a white torso and white-tipped wings. She has short brown hair, red eyes, a yellow beak, and yellow feet. She wears a thin circlet around her head. She is stylized after Medli from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Her initial outfit is the Medli outfit, which is based on her outfit from that game.
