Shovelstrike Quarry is one of the Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp locations. Here, you can mine minerals to obtain materials for making items. If the event is in progress, you can obtain the necessary materials during this event. Each reward changes every 12 hours and is displayed on the map. If the reward text is flashing, the chance of getting gold or silver ore increases.
To enter the Shovelstrike Quarry, you must send a request for help to 5 friends. You have to pay 20 Leaf Tickets every 3 hours to enter the Shovelstrike Quarry, but you only get one chance to ask a friend for help per day. If you help your friend access the Shovelstrike Quarry, you will receive a 10 friend reward the next day. When a friend asks for help, visit the Shovelstrike Quarry and get 1 friend powder. Helping Shovelstrike Quarry gets you up to 10 friend powder per day.
Shovelstrike Quarry has 15 rocks that can be broken with a shovel.
Shovelstrike Quarry
Out of the 15 available rocks, you can smash five per run with your shovel to get minerals. At the end of the run, the Gyroids buys the minerals you found for Bells and gives you the displayed material as a reward. The more valuable minerals (gold nugget and silver ore) you find, the more materials you get. The minerals you receive are determined when you enter Shovelstrike Quarry, so closing the game in hopes of getting different materials won't do you any good.
